Documentation of current immunization records, physical examination, proof of CPR certification and evidence of personal health insurance may be required prior to admission and are required prior to registering for any course with a clinical component. Failure to provide and maintain the required documentation in the specified compliance portal, throughout the entirety of your program, may result in withdrawal from courses and/or the program. Nursing courses with a clinical component requirements include Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis (Tdap), Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, COVID-19, Tuberculosis testing, and current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification.
