This course includes laboratory activities to explore the physiology of human body systems and their component parts. Students gain an understanding of how the body's individual structures and their integration into a single organism work together to maintain homeostasis. The laboratory activities provide an opportunity for students to apply knowledge related to normal physiology of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems.
